Business consultation to establish your needs:

Development of site content with client:

To define and agree upon the site content

Gather site content and material

Keyword research & collection of content:

Collection of business material to define theme of the site

Define the site structure and navigation

A document is issued at this point clarifying what the agreed site structure will be

Keyword research and site mapping with selected final keyword phrases

Initial site acceptance stage:

To design the initial home page design and site navigation

Client to view, amend and agree to the look, feel and navigation of the site

A document is issued at this point to establish acceptance of site design

Development of site structure and content:

To build and populate the web pages with the agreed content

Integration of SEO Strategies:

Search engine optimization of the website takes place, with internal linking, keyword saturation and other SEO tactics implemented throughout the site

Final Meeting and Procedures:

Once all the web content is integrated with the final, fully operational site, the website is reviewed for accuracy

Any final amendments by the client to the website are finalized at this stage

Email form requirements and functionality are configured and tested

XML/HTML sitemaps prepared

Web analytics code installed

Client Acceptance and Approval:

The site is formally accepted and approved by the client

Fully Launched and Complete:

The completed site is then launched

XML sitemap submitted to Google, Bing and Yahoo
