The other day, a graphic designer buddy of mine was bummed because he didn't have enough of a budget to afford a professional web design to use as a portfolio for his art. After showing him a few great resources, it occured to me there might be other amazing talents out there who aren't sure where to post their work, aside from DeviantArt, or how to find the perfect job.Here's a brief list of the many resources available online for artists and designers!
